General terms

  •         Members of Flanders' FOOD and members of Fevia receive a non-exclusive user right from Ghent University for the Food Safety Culture Improvement Tool, which includes the developed diagnostic protocols and the intervention portfolio.
  •          The tool provided is for ‘in-company’ use only and may not be used for any kind of commercial purpose or commercialization with third parties, unless you have been validated, by the Ghent University, as a ‘licensed commercial partner’. Furthermore, distributing the tool to third parties is prohibited.
  •          Non-members of Flanders' FOOD or Fevia can access the Q-DNA project results through the following options: 1) access to the Food Safety Culture Improvement Tool as a member of Flanders' FOOD and/or Fevia, 2) customized services offered by licensed partners, 3) licensing via Ghent University.
  •          Both Ghent University and the partners of the Q-DNA project cannot be held responsible for the entered data, nor for the incorrect use of the tool or the erroneous results that may arise from it, nor for the use of the results.
