Bioengineer
After graduating in Bioengineering, Laura explored the social innovation landscape where, as a project coordinator, she managed several talent development projects. After a few years, she felt the urge to move more in the direction of bio-engineering and so she ended up at Flanders' FOOD. There she works mainly on the topic of by-products and is also active in start-up activities.
In her spare time, she runs a textile workshop in Ghent, to get her social side.
