Ellen pursued studies in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit but quickly realized that this wasn't the right direction for her in terms of work. Therefore, she took numerous courses in areas such as Marketing, Time Management, etc.
To date, Ellen has accumulated over 15 years of experience as an Office Manager in various sectors. She joined Flanders' FOOD at the end of 2023 as an Office Manager & Event Coordinator, where she can apply her extensive experience. While she has worked in different industries, she is particularly drawn to the food industry, as she also has a personal interest in nutrition.
In her free time, Ellen is engaged in building her own website to combat food waste, with a concept centered around "how to turn leftovers in the fridge into a full-fledged, delicious meal."
