Deze workshop is een open evenement waarin de resultaten van de demonstraties van het EU-project ENOUGH worden besproken. Dit project biedt technologische oplossingen voor het verminderen van emissies in de voedselketen. Daarnaast worden ook oplossingen van de zuster-EU-projecten Agro2Circular en ZeroWaste besproken. We leggen de nadruk op het perspectief van de industrie. De workshop wordt gevolgd door veldbezoeken op donderdag 19/9.
